JacaFineArt currently uses only strictly-necessary cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta pixel, TikTok pixel, or any retargeting network. When and if we add such tools, we will first ask for your consent through a banner.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text records that a website stores in your browser. They are used to remember preferences, secure sessions, and analyse usage. We use only the first two categories.

Strictly-necessary cookies (always active)

• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language choice (EN/HR/DE).
• jacafineart_admin — secure HMAC token for the hidden admin interface (only the owner sees this).
• Stripe iframe (checkout only) — Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and 3-D Secure during card payment.
• priceRevealed (sessionStorage) — remembers whether you have tapped to reveal prices on mobile this session.

localStorage — cart

Your cart is kept in your browser's localStorage (key: jacafineart-cart). It is not a cookie, never reaches our servers, and can be cleared from browser settings at any time.

What we do NOT use

• Google Analytics — not used.
• Meta / Facebook pixel — not used.
• TikTok pixel — not used.
• Retargeting / ad networks — not used.

If this changes

Before adding any analytics or marketing cookie we will deploy a consent banner per Art. 100 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act (NN 76/2022) and Art. 6 GDPR. Nothing optional loads without your consent.

Your control

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Note that some strictly-necessary cookies (such as the language selector) need to be active for the site to function normally.
