Shipping

Every painting is hand-packed by the artist in archival-grade wrapping, then placed in a rigid double-walled box with corner cushions. We ship from Strmec, Croatia.

Carriers

Croatia and most of Europe: Hrvatska pošta (HP). Western Europe by special request: GLS Croatia. Outside the EU (including the United States): Hrvatska pošta — GLS does not serve those destinations.

Delivery times

• Croatia — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• European Union — 3 to 10 working days.
• Rest of the world — 5 to 20 working days, depending on customs processing.

Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel dimensions. Larger canvases require oversize handling; the price reflects this.

Packaging

Glassine paper, acid-free interleaving, foam corner protectors, double-walled box. Works above 80 cm travel in custom-built wooden crates upon request (3–5 day lead time).

Customs and duties

Orders outside the EU may attract import duties and local sales tax. These are paid by the buyer, never by us. We declare the painting at its sale price and include the artist's signed certificate of authenticity in the parcel.

Inspection on delivery

Photograph the parcel before opening. If you see any external damage, sign the courier's receipt 'with reserve' and keep all packaging until you have inspected the work. Hrvatska pošta and GLS require this for an insurance claim to succeed.
